Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Grinder
Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original double-walled packaging including all accessories.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our designated quality control center.
Inspection and Refund
